Note:

1. The fee of dormitory is charged by room, If no roommate is available at the time of check-in, you will need to pay for the whole room.

2. One semester’s fee (approximately 120 days) and the deposit (Cash, RMB 500) arerequired to pay at the time of check-in. If there is no breach of contract and no damage or loss, the deposit will be refunded upon check-out with the receipt.

3. Promotion price is for international students who live for one semester (approximately 120 days), if live less than 120 days, the original price will be charged.

4. Electricity fee and internet fee should be paid before 10th of every month for the previous month.
  Electricity fee: Every room enjoys free charge of 20 kilowatt-hours per month for the electricity and any fees surpassing 20 kilowatt-hours are needed to be paid by students themselves monthly. Price for electricity: 0.61RMB /kilowatt-hours.
  Internet fee: 40 RMB/room/month, Internet Fees should be paid once the student live in the hotel until he checks out.

5. Room facilities:Two Beds (including bedding sets), separate shower room and toilet, air conditioning, network, refrigerator, telephone, television, desk, wardrobe, etc.
  Disposable toiletries are not provided in the room.

6. There are public kitchen and pubic laundry room in the building of Xuesiyuan.
